She was born in Cancun, grew up in Switzerland, and moved to Los Angeles in 2017 to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She began her professional acting career by appearing in Swiss short films and commercials. Sanchez made her feature film debut in The Radicalization of Jeff Boyd (2017), for which she won the Fusion Award as Best Lead Actress.
