Tracie Frank is an American actor and voice actor. Born near Boston, Massachusetts (USA), much of Tracie's childhood was spent in Europe thanks to her father's Air Force background. Tracie eventually moved to Charlotte, North Carolina (USA), where she trained and then began working as an actor and voice actor.
