Thelma Cope is an American Actress/Singer from the southeast! She got bit by the showbiz bug when at age 7 she did the twist with Chubby Checker on the Peace Center stage. After high school Thelma moved to New York where she studied Acting and Musical Theatre at AMDA. She went on to work in casting, TV, Commercial, Web Series, National Tours, and Regional theater. More recently Thelma was nominated by BROADWAY WORLD AWARD for "Best Lead Actress in a Play" for playing Shelby in Steel Magnolias.
