Tess moved from Alaska to Los Angeles with the goal of developing her love for acting and film into a career of creating art and entertainment. If she was a fish, it is well known that Tess would still be in the coastal Alaskan mountains from which she came. However, Deadliest Catch is not catching humans (thank goodness. It would be an entirely different, terrifyingly apocalyptic show). So, she's in L.A, and has recently wrapped on her first project as a writer, director, and producer.
