Tara Brown was born and raised in Bear, Delaware. She moved to NYC in 2023 to study at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Drama with a double-minor in Psychology and Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. She studied Method Acting at The Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute for three years, and is currently attending NYU's Stonestreet Studios for additional film & TV training.
