Tara Erica Moore is of East Indian and English descent, and was raised bouncing between South Africa and Connecticut. Most recently, she directed her first feature film, a documentary on South Africa, which was on the 2025 Oscars® longlist. She edited, wrote, directed and produced the film. She is trained in Shakespeare, Mesiner and improv, and is an active collaborator at the Antaeus Theater and Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles.
