SarahLydia Sophia was born Plano, TX and raised in Elizabeth, CO (pop. 1,300). In high school she moved to Black Forest and Colorado Springs, CO, and is the definition of the "small-town girl who took the midnight train." She knew from the age of 11 that creative storytelling was her way to change people's lives. She has performed in features, short films, and theatre as an actor, in addition to modeling, working in production, sound mixing, and has co-written and produced several projects and short films.
