Rita Sengupta is a queer South Asian-American actor, writer, and comedian based in Brooklyn, NY. Recent TV credits include Law & Order (NBC), FBI: Most Wanted (CBS), and Let the Right One In (Showtime). She was a featured performer in Kutti Gang's comedy special on PBS All Arts network and was a finalist for Asian Comedy Fest 2021. She was one of 30 authors selected to be a part of the print anthology "Untold", which was featured in Vogue and Cosmopolitan best LGBTQ books of 2021.
