Born in Scottsdale, A.Z. and raised on a horse farm in Vancouver, Canada, Penelope naturally competed in numerous horse shows, but her real passion lied in her love of goofing around and putting on plays for her family. Thus, it was no surprise to anyone when her passion for the arts sparked early on at the age of 5. She leaped into acting, singing and piano classes the second she was able to, and quickly found herself performing in front of numerous audiences big and small.
