Born and raised in Venezuela, Oscar began his professional training in Costa Rica simultaneously pursuing an MBA degree in Marketing and Project Management. He then moved to New York City where he received his MFA degree in Dance at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Oscar has been part of several regional productions as well as TV and film. He traveled to Saudi Arabia to be part of their first musical theatre production. His work has been featured in the Earl Mosley's Dancing Beyond, A Benefit Against Cancer.
