Mitchell Saddleback is a Plains Cree actor, writer, spoken word artist and activist hailing from the Maskwacis Samson Cree Nation (Alberta, Canada). Currently residing in Vancouver, B.C., Mitchell began acting at age fourteen, Shortly thereafter, he began auditioning for roles, but it wasn’t long before the inherent challenges of being a First Nations actor became all too clear to him. Still, even in the face of such complex obstacles, Mitchell’s perseverance and determination propelled him forward.
