Growing up in a working class family, my childhood dream of becoming an actress was just that; a dream. I studied music in college planning to teach and play piano or French horn. After performing with Ray Charles, I decided to retire on a "high." I closed the piano lid and put the horn in the case for the last time. It was time to become an actress. I took classes, did background work, and then began getting parts in film and television. Now my dream is to have to have a "Ray" moment on camera. "I'm Ready."
