I've been acting since I was 11 years old. Since then, I have been in primarily stage work at community theaters and schools in my home town. I started my training at the Des Moines Playhouse Performance Academy in 2011 and spent six years enrolled there. I learned important skills such as method acting, improv, physicality, etc. I have won a State Champion Speech & Debate Award for Duo Interp, and been nominated for two other acting awards at my hometown community theaters.
