Mecca Verdell is an international winning spoken word poet turned actress. She owes a lot of her acting career to her ten years of traveling performing her own work. As a poet she has performed at theaters like the Kennedy center and hippodrome so large stages is no stranger to her. During her transition as an actress she has received training from Juliard professionals like Moni Yakim and the Black Classical Acting Ensemble where she nourishes her Abilities to lead and fight choreo in films or on stage.
