Maya Tanaka Allwardt is an actor/musical theatre performer originally from the Bay Area, and was the 2024/2025 Columbia College awardee of the Sarah Siddons Scholarship Award. When not at school, Maya enjoys improv and sketch comedy, and was a recipient of The Second City’s Inaugural Victor Wong Fellowship. She now regularly performs with and music directs theatrical and touring company shows at Second City, along with being an ensemble member with Stir Friday Night and ComedySportz Chicago.
