Marlon’s acting passion began in high school on a whim, but life led him away from the stage for 20 years, during which he worked as a bartender and struggled with addiction. The pandemic inspired a bold move back to NYC with his family, reigniting his love for the craft. With renewed confidence, he joined a one-year acting program at The Barrow Group to pursue his dream. Marlon’s journey shows it’s never too late to embrace old passions and reminds us that true callings have a way of returning.
