Lydia lives outside NYC, where she completed The William Esper Studio’s two-year Meisner training program. She was invited to work with playwright Jeremy O. Harris for a “Slave Play” workshop that is now featured in his HBO Original Documentary “Slave Play. Not A Movie. A Play.” She has also appeared on screen in “A Woman Eats” (Indie Shorts Festival; Independent Shorts Awards Winner) and Self-Surrender (Chelsea Film Festival). On stage, she most recently appeared in “Sad Lonely People” at The Barrow Group.
