Elena trained at the Stella Adler Studio in NYC, then worked in regional theatre in Key West, where she became a captain and eco tour guide. Social and environmental activism are an important part of her work. Her focus lately is on somatic movement; she is trained as a yoga, Nidra, acting teacher, and in somatic therapy. Elena is excited to be back in NYC where her journey began.
