Ilasiea is a multi-hyphenate social practice artist (actress, educator, writer, director, creator). She has been featured in many publications, made history in Denver playing Sleeping Beauty as a Black actress, and toured the show Black. With a Capital B. She has also been speaking around the country about her internationally published essay on inequities in the arts for kids of color.
