Helena Orts is a Barcelona-born, Los Angeles–based SAG-AFTRA actress, producer, and host. A trilingual performer fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan, she is also a former Youth Olympic bronze medalist and four-time European basketball champion. Her credits include Operation Taco Gary’s, The Poly Couple, Red Light Winter, and campaigns for Nike, ESPN, Under Armour, and Powerade. She is also the creator and host of the podcast Beyond the Games.
