Born and raised in Mexico, Romero began acting professionally when he was 16 years old touring the country in musicals such as "Barnum" and "Something's Afoot". He went on to make history as a series regular in the award-winning sitcom "Los Beltrán" on Telemundo playing an openly gay character. Other notable acting credits include: the live action video game "Immortality" by Sam Barlow; "War of the Worlds" for LA Philharmonic with Sigourney Weaver; and the international touring production of "The Ogreling".
