Franco was born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Michigan (dual citizenship) and now resides in New York City. In 2019, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Screenwriting and minor in Sociology from Chapman University’s Dodge College. Franco has trained at the Actors Studio at Pace University's MFA program, the Atlantic Theatre Company, and The Barrow Group. Outside of performing, Franco is also an award-winning filmmaker as well as an avid soccer player, having played at the semi-pro level.
