Ellen Mimi Schlecht (aka "Mimi") is a multi-hyphenated theatre artist and actress from Wilmington, Delaware currently based in NYC. Besides acting, she enjoys directing and writing. Mimi also works as a teaching artist with Broadway Bound Kids. She has trained at Playwrights Horizons Theater School and Atlantic Acting School through NYU Tisch. She is passionate about new works and plays in development. Her artistry is driven by the motto "Love the art in you, not you in the art".
