Matt Ciofani grew up in Pennsylvania. He graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and worked for a number of years as a deck officer on both military and civilian cargo ships, traveling to over 30 countries. He left the merchant marine and the Navy Reserve in 2017 and settled in Georgia. Matt works in the growing podcast industry. His hobbies include martial arts, writing, and languages.
