Born and raised in Philadelphia, Caré is a biracial actress of Black American and French/Italian decent. She first started performing as a child in various theater & dance productions throughout Philadelphia. Caré attended the Philadelphia High School of Creative and Performing Arts, to study theater more intensely. Right after high school, she moved to New York City and enrolled in classes to begin pursuing her acting career. Since then she has worked on various film, TV and theater productions in New York.
