Before she even knew what an actress was, Brinnen Thompson just wanted to star in a Welch’s Grape Juice commercial. Growing up in the Bay Area, she likes to say acting chose her. Now in Los Angeles, she trains with The Last Acting Studio and builds an authentic, evolving body of work. Drawn to wellness, psychology, and the messy parts of being human, she’s dedicated to creating characters that honor truth, connection, and simple (but complex) joy.
