Nothing captures the human experience the way art does, and I learned early that the things we create hold value, no matter how small. From the movie theater I crafted for my Littlest Pet Shop toys out of a petit four box to the Aardman-inspired stop motions I created with Legos and my mom’s old camera, I’ve known since single-digits that I wanted to make art. Stumbling into theater at my Texas summer camp just solidified which kind.
