Acting has been a passion of mine for 10 plus years now. It's been the truest constant of my life. I feel most in the moment when acting. It feels like a meditation to be that focused on the scene and whoever else is in it with me. I love the art of play and getting to express ourselves through the stories of characters. I believe a great skill to have is listening. Acting has taught me to hold space for others, have empathy and compassion. It's also taught me what a powerful tool our imagination can be.
