Actress, writer, and soprano Lauren Curet has been awarded the 2023 Splash Award and the Holywood Fringe 2023 Scholarship Awards for her performance in "Is Krishna There?". She holds degrees from Stella Adler's The Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles, Manhattan School of Music, and The Juilliard School. Growing up in New York, Lauren is a trained opera singer having toured in Italy for three summers. She is known for originating the role of Jessica Contreras in Josefina Lopez's "A Woman Named Gloria".
