LA based actor with roots on the East Coast. Elizabeth began her performing career as a dancer in New York City, through experience in theater and film she found a love for the medium of acting. During the pandemic she found Pvolve, a functional fitness company which she works with as an instructor and teacher trainer. Relocating to LA has brought her a new hobby in surfing, and a kitten named Stella. Her friends call her Liz.
