Efaobasi Ekpe was born and raised in Pennsylvania and New York. He is a Nigerian-American actor and producer. His parents were raised up between primarily Nigeria, as well as the french colony of Côte d'Ivoire, and Italy. He is the cousin of actress Joy Sunday. His name means "God's Power" in his parent's native tongue. He continues to create and work on projects - including a 30,000 dollar funded pilot that aims to reach film festivals this upcoming year.
