Born in Hong Kong, at three years old immigrated to the US. Alya desired to be an actor in grade school, but she never acted until after college (the irony!) Alya loves connecting to audiences & affecting people’s lives in a positive way. Alya was a member/producer of "FreeFall International" Improv troupe – an international group of artists, created duri the pandemic. They performed live, unscripted zoom shows for international audiences - with joy, tears & laughter, recognizing everyone’s shared humanity.
