Young Choe was born and raised in Kansas. However, both his parents are originally from South Korea, and moved their way down to America for a better life. Young did not have any acting experience growing up, but he did spend a good amount of time watching media and playing video games. Young did not dive deep into acting until his mid-twenties, and he has been enjoying it ever since. He mostly did student films, and wants to eventually do projects outside of that boundary even though he loved it regardless.
