Originally from Houston Texas, Maci Alexis acted in several productions at UCLA, most notably as Jasmine in the pulitzer prize winning play Fairview's first Los Angeles production. She also led several films such as Orowa and In Other Words with UCLA film school. As a queer woman of color, Maci promotes intersectionality in the arts and desires to combat stereotypes, diversify narratives, and promote authenticity in all her artistic pursuits.
