Charles Thomas Budan is a New York-based actor and filmmaker from Eastern Iowa. As a teenager, Charles was enchanted by Westerns and Crime sagas before digging deeper into foreign movies and documentaries. But his frustration with the lack of filmmaking opportunities in his hometown inspired him to branch into theater where he discovered his love for plays both new and classic. Charles graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Acting and a minor in Film.
