Monica Rose Slater is a Brazilian-American artist. Her favorite projects are musically, narratively dense, genre-subversive works, and she is equally at home playing a golden age heroine, in a Eugene O'Neill play, or in a new work. Since moving to San Francisco in 2021, Monica has had the privilege to work with San Francisco Playhouse, Word for Word, Oakland Theater Project, New Conservatory Theatre, 42nd Street Moon, Lamplighters, Ross Vally Players, Berkeley Playhouse, the Eugene O’Neill Foundation, and more
