Isaac Council was born in Little Rock, Arkansas but grew up all over the United States. His dad was in the Air Force for 21 years and music has surrounded him his entire life. Having a heavy sports background, Isaac didn't start pursuing music and theatre seriously until his junior year of highschool, but since starting he has fallen in love with it and will do anything to achieve his dreams
