Lex has always loved performing in front of her family starting at age five, but she didn’t start performing publicly until age 19, when she decided to audition for The Restroom at Rosenblooms. After that, the love for acting took off as she applied for The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. While waiting to start the school year she did a number of musicals at her local community theater. Once at school she dove right in and studied Meisner, Strasbourg and Adler. She also took dance and singing classes.
