Laila Blue is a classically trained actor who has studied alongside Rose Supernault (Best Actress Award, AIFF), Peter Skagen (Reacher), and Joe Norman Shaw at Company of Rogue. She has voiced multiple animation projects and played lead roles in numerous indie films, including Cancer Szn (CUFF 2025). Her experimental horror short FLOW, blending live-action, 2D animation, and stop-motion, was nominated for Best Canadian Animation at the Toronto Couch Film Festival and selected for the Arts of Common Micro Cinema
