Sheilah Utley is a Los Angeles–based actor with experience across theatre, film, and live performance. She has appeared in regional AEA productions, independent films, and large-scale events, including the Super Bowl. With a strong background in sports, stunting, teaching, and ensemble performance, Sheilah brings athleticism and versatility to her work on stage and screen. She has recently graduated from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting Summer Conservatory program.
