Jazmine is an artist of Jamaican descent, born and raised in New York City. She began her training as an actor at The Professional Performing Arts High School. From there she went on to receive her BFA in acting from Rutgers University. Her first post- grad production was in Kenny Leon’s Much Ado About Nothing for The Public Theater’s Shakespeare in the Park. She then made her on screen debut in the Spectrum original series, Long Slow Exhale as the character “Verdell“.
