Shannon is an actor and filmmaker most recently seen on 'SEAL Team,' 'The Rookie,' and as Officer Snell in The Duplass Brothers' feature film 'The Knife." After 9/11 she pivoted from her creative endeavors to serve as an officer in the U.S. Air Force before returning home to Los Angeles to pursue professional storytelling full-time. Shannon has performed at The Geffen Playhouse and The Kennedy Center as a writer, actor, dancer, and singer.
