Lyndsi LaRose is an actress, writer, comedian, and producer known for her appearances in Ant-Man, Insurgent, and Workaholics. She is a new member of the Sunday Company at the Groundlings and performs improv and sketch comedy in Los Angeles at the Groundlings Theater, iO West, Comedy Central Stage, and UCB. Lyndsi is a graduate of the UCLA School of Theater, Film & Television.
