Gabby Tary is an actor, comedian, writer and an artist. Gabby is a Hungarian refugee who immigrated to America after the 1956 Hungarian Revolution. Growing up in Budapest during the Russian occupation, Gabby has experienced hunger, poverty and brutality. Influencing her art is her intense love for democracy and freedom. A freedom fighter, fighting against communism, Gabby fought in the 1956 Hungarian Revolution when she was only fifteen. Now she resides in Santa Monica California.
