Evelyn was born and raised in Monterey Park, California. She was not your typical well to do, polite girl. She grew up with Asian gangsters in Arcadia,CA and had blonde hair. Even during her "thug life" days she always loved to act. After barely graduating high school she decided that she was not going to go the traditional Taiwanese-Chinese career route of doctor or lawyer and chose to follow her passion to become an actor. She is currently developing her own comedy webseries Arcadia 51/50.
