Emma Van Lare is a first-generation Ghanaian American actor and writer. Recent credits include Law & Order and the Tony-nominated Broadway production of Ain't No Mo'. Currently, she can be seen in the historical short film, The Example, now streaming on Amazon, and on YouTube in the fantasy mystery drama web series, Fabletown. She holds a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film from The University of Texas at Austin and an MFA in Acting from The American Conservatory Theater.
